Malawi Government under the Companies Act established Salima-Lilongwe Water Supply Company Limited (SLWSC) in 2017 as a private limited company. SLWSC is a special purpose vehicle for the Salima-Lilongwe Water Supply Project
A Board of Directors governs SLWSC. The CEO reports to the Chairperson of the Board of
Directors and is supported by the Director of Finance, the Director of Engineering, Division
Heads, and other support Staff.
